What Can Be Refunded:

All courses can be refunded prior to the start of the paid course. If a person pays for a course in full but does not attend due to illness or medical reasons only, then a refund will be honored if the request is made within a six month time period. All refunds are subject to a $100.00 USD administrative fee kept by Spectrum Life Design Education, LLC.

How Do Customers Request a Refund:

Contact us, via email at info@spectrumlifedesign.com or by telephone at (818) 395-7024, to obtain a Request for Refund form. Please include in the email your name, address, telephone number, course names(s) and description(s), and a note about why you are requesting a refund prior to the training.
